Two Dobie Girls and their Pilot Heroes!

This rescue flight was for two beautiful Dobie Girls who found themselves homeless, very thin and in need of medical care.

Vicki, President of Doberman Assistance Network gives a final hug goodbye.....

Doberman Assistance Network and Vicki Brady, President of D.A.N., saw to it that these two lovely dobes were no longer hungry. Vicki fostered both Georgia and Willa until they could be flown to Teka Clark of Forever Dobes in Ohio. Teka has wonderful forever homes in mind for them.

Pilots Jim Carney and Keith Decker with "Georgia and Willa"

Hey Georgia, check out the view from pilot Keith's plane!

Are we there yet "Uncle Jim?"

Pilot Jim Carney, aka “Uncle Jim” and his friend Keith Decker have known each other for many years.  Both were airline Captains and not only love flying but have a passion for helping animals in need.  thank you Jim and Keith.  A note from Jim after this rescue flight:

” Between Keith and I, over 65 years of flying humans, over 55,000 flying hours and now flying dogs to good homes!! WOW, does it get any better, I don’t think so!!

Safe with our new rescue Mom, Teka of Forever Dobes and friend Michael!
