Emy Lou is a Sweet Little Love Bug: Palm Harbor Patch is proud to help the Suncoast Animal League find forever homes for these great pets.
By Sunde Farquhar
Emy Lou is a seven year-old Miniature Pinscher-mix who weighs 13 lbs. She came to us during the Pilots n’ Paws rescue on Sept 29.
This is an event where pilots took 300 dogs from high kill shelters in North and South Carolina and brought them to rescue groups across the country to help them find forever homes. The SuncoastAnimal League is proud to have taken over 20 of these dogs.
Emy Lou is a sweet little love bug. She’s a calm and quiet girl who loves people and wants to be with her human at all times. She will accompany you in every room of the house, so you don’t get lonely. She loves to sit on your lap or next to you on the couch while you chill out. And she’ll be happy to sleep in bed with you at night too. Emy Lou is a happy little girl who will be very excited when you come home and will greet you with a wiggly body and waggly tail. She’s housebroken and walks well on a leash and loves car rides. She isn’t comfortable around other dogs. She would be best as an only dog and would be perfect for a calm and quiet house without young children.
