Pictures of our first mission!

first paws missionRamona Banks and I were lucky enough to do our first Pilots N Paws mission on Saturday 11/16. We got to fly a very sweet Terrier, Maddie, from Richmond, KY to her new foster family just south of Birmingham, AL.   The weather was IFR and LIFR all over the southeast that day, but that didn’t matter to us – we needed to get little Maddie to her new foster mommy.

The pile of pups were from the second mission on Dec 20th. They and their mother were dumped on the side of a road like trash. A good Samaritan found them and gave them to a wonderful foster mother, who hand fed the pups. (Momma didn’t have any milk due to malnutrition). The pups are 6 weeks old in this picture. The are now living at an Aussie rescue in Sarasota, FL. 🙂

I could not find any pictures other than the cover picture of the puppies.
They look like Border Collies? Are they going to be up for adoption somewhere? I’ve been looking for a Rescue BC puppy for a long time. Can anyone help in this area? Thanks
