Collierville Animal Shelter, TN

Doberman Danny Boy was found in one of the shelter’s outside dog play areas in the AM. It was the coldest night of the winter at 7 degrees. Danny was almost frozen. He had been dumped but at least, at the shelter. After being in the shelter for several weeks and no adopters interested in this handsome boy, Kelly Smith, also of Lab Rescue of Florida, went above her call of duty and found a foster family and future furever home for Danny Boy. She posted his transport request on the Pilots N Paws ride request forum. I volunteered to fly Danny Boy to Kelly. My flight for Danny Boy was completed on Monday, February 17.

UPDATE
Just got word that Danny Boy is doing great in his Jacksonville, FL Foster Home. They love him. After his Heart Worm treatment is complete, he will go to his new furever home.
