Treasured Footage Of Late PNP Pilot Ken Volk

imageCheck out this wonderful video from pilot Dave Whitney who has been flying with us since 2009.  Some footage is especially touching as it’s devoted to Ken Volk, a beloved PNP pilot who passed away last summer.  This is a true treasure for everyone who knew Ken!

“I was going through past emails and flights and it made me a little teary eyed. I put together a video of some of the most memorable flights and  thought you might be interested in taking a look. I know how much you  guys have done for these animals, so it seems minimal in comparison, but  it has filled my life and flights with joy.”

  1. So many lives saved..Dave you and Ken were a great team. Such a great video…So many dogs are happy and safe now thanks to all the people in this video and all the missions we don’t see…The animals need us….And we need them…♥

  2. Watched this video as I was just waking up, with Dublin in bed at my feet. He was flown to us by 5 wonderful selfless PnP pilots, like Ken, in 2009 and has been the love of our lives.

Blessings to Ken and his family. He gave love and second chances to many – we all thank you.

  3. Thank you, Ken, for such a moving tribute to the work of all the PNP pilots. I agree with Tamarra above – we all, whether we are near or far (as I am in Portugal) thank you for ALL that you do.

Blessings to you and your partner and to your beautiful dogs.

  4. Thank you!

My beautiful princess, Abbey, came to us here in New York from North Carolina through this wonderful organization. Thank you for all you do! She is the light of our lives.

  6. May you soar above the clouds with the wind at your back. Thank you for bringing hope and life to so many.
