Little Franklin’s Big Adventure
On Saturday August 2, 2014, Franklin was flown to his forever home. Franklin is a blind senior poodle who was rescued from a kill shelter by Creole Poodle Rescue of New Orleans. The first-leg (Crestview, FL-Cross City FL) of his flight was piloted by Sam Lowe. Sam then handed Franklin off to Steve Weisher, who piloted the second-leg (Cross City-Lake Wales Fl) of Franklin’s Big Adventure. Franklin getting ready to fly out of Crestview Franklin’s arrival in Lake Wales Fl with pilot Steve and Karen Weisher. A big thank you to pilots Sam Lowe and Steve Weisher , Creole Poodle Rescue (NOLA), and Rubi.
