PNP Pilot Rescues Dogs On His Way To EAA Airventure Oshkosh

Brucewithpuppy2 Before departing Northern CA for Oshkosh I glanced at the PNP mission  map and discovered a request from Hot Springs, SD to Minnesota. It just  so  happened that I had planned a fuel stop at Hot Springs with the next  destination Owatonna, MN (just south of Minneapolis). I contacted KC  and  arranged to pick up 4 strays from the Pine Ridge Reservation where  animal  control consists of rounding up strays and shooting them. We  took the 4 to  Minnesota where we were met by local rescue volunteers  who took charge of  the pups and welcomed them to their new leases on  life. Pictured below are 3  of the 4.
