Kim Horton also of LRR of FL met me at the Lake City Airport.

Phyl Simmons who works with the Memphis Area Golden Retriever Rescue helped me organize the rescue flight from the Olive Branch Airport, MS.

Thelma and Buddy are now good friends. This one was taken inflight over GA ant 9000 feet.

Thanks to all, Thelma and Buddy were saved and you could see it in their eyes while flying to Florida.

I seen on the Nightly News with Brian Williams on the Pilots n paw section. How can you find out how to adopt a puppy, I live in Deland airport in Fla. Also on the nightly news Brian had said about Lakeland, Fla as to where those puppies were going. Can you please send me so info on how to adopt one of those puppies please. Thank You 386-736-8121

Pilots N Paws does not match adopters and rescue animals. We just help with transportation. Please check with a rescue or shelter in your area. If you still don’t find a good match, you can try petfinder.com, and if you find the perfect friend in a far off place, Pilots N Paws may be able to help unite you. Good luck.

I’m the Pilots N Pilot who flew the Labs to Lake City, FL, not Lakeland. If you are looking to adopt a Lab in FL, contact the Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida. You can google their web site. They are the best and so are Labs. Adopt, don’t buy!!
