Moving 50 Pussy Cats

Hello All,
I may be needing to transport 50 cats at once from the airport in Wurtsboro New York to mid coast Maine.
A small carrier is 19x12x12 this fits one animal.
This equals approximately 100 cubic feet.
How can this been done ?
