Playa Animal Rescue

Playa Animal Rescue is an organization in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Our organization was formed in October, of 2011, when we took over the care of the animals of the former *Peanut Pet Shelter*. Since our inception, we have successfully placed 40+ animals into loving homes. Some of these animals come to us in pretty bad shape, and some are severely neglected and abused.
