HELP GETTING RESCUE FROM GRR TO ABE

Help needed to transport a Pyrenees-mix puppy from Grand Rapids area to Allentown, PA (or vicinity--can be Harrisburg, PA; Philadelphia or Newark).
Puppy is healthy; up to date on shots and has travel crate. We need to move him out of foster care to his Forever home.
