US Airways Retiree Available for transport DCA-ORF

I am a commuter and travel weekly from ORF-DCA on Mon am and Fri pm. Can take cargo or small cabin pet.
Also, travel DCA - BDL on 18Sep and BDL-ORF on 19Sep
