Volunteer for Foster and ground crew VA Beach, Va

I live in the Chesapeake area of Virginia beach. I am in a small townhouse with a small yard. I would be able to do foster care for a few nights for most dog breeds. I would also be interested in providing ground crew support for the pilots. (I am considering getting my license so I can join in the Rescuing).
