Ground Transport/Assistance and temp foster Portland OR

Live within minutes of Portland-Hillsboro (KHIO) airport and can help with ground transport in the area and overnight fosters if needed. Unfortunately I only hold a private for helicopter, I dont think we can do much good transporting in an R-22 :o , but more than happy to help others out.
