URGENT 1 hour leg in IN to get dog to rescue from KY

Seymour, IN-Indianapolis, IN, departing Seymour approx. 2 p.m. & arriving Indy approx. 3 p.m.

Is there anyone in this area that could help. She's got to be out of the shelter tomorrow (her PTS date was today, 5/28). Please e-mail if you can take this 1 hour land transport leg because we're scrambling and it would get to me quicker by e-mail.
