What web sites are good for posting dogs for adoption?

Hello, I am new to helping the dogs in Lyon County, NV at the county shelter and I wondered how I would find homes for them?
PetFinder.com does not seem to have an area on the web site for posting pictures and info about each dog, so would anyone know
a way I could advertise them for adoption on the web? What are some good web sites to use? What are some tips you have for writing an ad?

Also do you have any advice for speaking with no kill shelters to take the puppies; our shelter has many, good pups
that could be adopted if I can get them out of this county shelter.
What should I say to convince the no kill shelters in NV to take the pups?

Finally, any tricks of the trade you have, please tell me. Each dog needs a rabies shot and health certificate to board the planes and fly away to a new home! Have you had any luck
convincing vets in your area to donate these things for the dogs you rescue--rabies shot and health certificate?
