Happy to assist with ground support (transfers) as needed between, BWI, DCA, or IAD. I am a certified Canine Obedience Instructor, and have a BS in Aviation Administration....what took me so long to find Pilots and Paws - geesh! Email: Mail2LTK@yahoo.com for support.
