Offering ground transport thru Madison, WI (MSN)

I live in Madison and can often help transport thru this area. I also coordinate a dachshund playgroup that has several members who will do transport (not just doxies). Some of our members will foster--usually a doxie, but maybe something else. I am willing to help troubleshoot if there is a need in this area.
