need foster home in Abilene texas 9/18-10/3

I really need help, trying to get a 3 mos dal puppy to his forever home and every danged plan has fallen through. He can't afford for me to have to give up now, and I can't afford to lose the money I have invested in him. I have a flight for him on october 4th with my sister, but he can't stay with her because it has caused problems with new relationship, and crap on that, I don't want to deal with the drama.

this is a 3 mos dal puppy about 20#. He has been neglected in terms of stimulation so he is behind other pups his age. Please is there someone who can keep this little guy for that time period?
