Hi Debi,
Springfield Mo. KSGF allowed us to walk dog through the terminal and would allow car to go to the aircraft for cargo.
Terra Haute, Ind KHUF allowed vehicle on tarmac to go to aircraft.
Mount Vernon, Ill. KMVN Offered us a fuel discount of 30cents / gallon

All of the rescue flights I have done , all the FBO's that were attended, when they heard what we were doing, were friendly and interested. I am sure as the word gets out, this list will grow rapidly. Jerome
