Hi. I've been trying to upload a photo for our posting for Kinley, but it's not working. Is there a size limit? Are we approved for photos? Thanks!

All, you are welcome to attach up to 5 photos. The size of each photo cannot be larger then 256 KB or the software will not permit the upload. So re-sizing your pics to a smaller size should work. Here are the steps to upload a photo:

1. Open your original request post and click on edit, upper right on top of the message
2. Scroll down and click on upload attachment, then browse for pic
3. Upload then CLICK ON ATTACH, it does not automatically attach after upload
4. Scroll down and click submit.

This should work!

I followed instructions but it doesn't seem to want to add the pic for me. Using laptop btw.

Anni, what size is the photo, how many KB's and what resolution? The file size cannot be over 256 kb's. You should be able to right click on your photo and see the properties. Using a laptop should not make any difference on our end. Sorry you are having a problem.
