Cannot write CANCEL in subject line

I have tried to put CANCEL in the subject line on this message, but it won't take anything past the first letter. I did put it in the message, but wanted it to be more evident. Other messages let me add CANCEL, FILLED OR DONE. The message is pasted below:

*Need Transport from Stone Mtn, GA 30083 to Annapolis, MD 21
From STONE MOUNTAIN, GA(30083) To ANNAPOLIS, MD(21401)

Include the size, weight, condition of the animal/s in need, nearby airports if known, email and phone contacts to arrange the trip, date transport is needed, and any other pertinent information.
