IN NEED OF TRANSPORT

Hello..My name is Linda Tolley and I've just adopted a dog from Greenville SC Animal Shelter. The closest airport is GSP International 2000 Int'l Drive, Greer SC 29651 I live in Glen Burnie, MD. 21061 My closest airport is BWI Thurgood Marshall..located..in Linthicum Heights, MD. 21090 "Stubby" and I'm hoping they're calling him that because of his short legs, is scheduled to vetted on Monday 2-14-11 and can be released on Tuesday 2-15-11. I'm about 445 miles from where this little guy is and I would appreciate it ALOT if someone could get him maybe a bit closer. Even 150 miles closer would really help. Stubby is a 4 month old aussie/corgi mix. He weighs 25 lbs and his health is good. All necessary paperwork would be available because he's being vetted by the shelter. This is my 1st long distance rescue and I hope I've provided enough information. Even if no one can help, God Bless You Guys For Your Kindness and Thank You! Sincerely, Linda Tolley

Welcome to Pilots N Paws, Linda~~and thank you for adopting a shelter pet.
Susie Cobb, one of the transport advisors has put together a great instruction sheet to get you started on posting your transport.
http://pilotsnpaws.org/forum/download/file.php?id=2212

You have much of the information you need to request transport. We, as advisors are only here to guide you & answer questions. It is the responsibility of each requester to put their needs on the Ride board and coordinate with any pilots who offer to help. They may post on your thread, email you or send a pm~~
so check the board daily. Good luck and let us know if you have any questions along the way.

Joanne

The majority of pilots do not read these questions here in this section. You need to post your request in the section titled: Ride Board: Animals Needing Transport That is the area the pilots look at if they are ready to do a transport.

I'm probably gonna get on your nerves and I'm sorry but I thought the Ride Board was where I posted my request?? Where did I go wrong. That's what I clicked on.
