Where do I check to see if a pilot is interested in helping us?

Hi James,
Pilots would reply directly to your request for help--just like you posted to it.
Unfortunately, not every request posted can be filled by pilots.
Have you tried to find ground help? There is a trucker board called Operation Roger where long haul truckers assist if their route goes that way.
