May I request a transport?

Post by ChristinaBuco » Fri Jun 13, 2014 8:13 pm

I'm in the process of rescuing a stray from FL to my family in CO. He does not currently have a clean bill of health (hit by a car, left for dead, parasites, infection, fleas, cough but possibly from shots) but is being treated. He is still with the vet and I don't know when he will have a clean bill of health. Do I qualify to request a transport?

You do qualify to post a request on the ride board,
but Most of our pilots fly
single-engine planes, and are therefore limited to 250 nautical miles
(200 ground miles). Your best options are likely going to be
commercial airlines. If funds are needed, many people use http://www.gofundme.com,
asking for donations for a particular need.
Best wishes for his speedy recovery.
