Email/PM to Pilots not working

OK so I am new to the PNP site. I have posted my request on the ride board and even boards I wasn't suppose to ....SORRY...I have gone to the pilot page and did what the email stated from ADMIN told me to to send either an email or PM. When I do this, a message comes back saying you are not authorized to send an email to this person. WHAT THE HECK? How can I contact pilots along the route if I can't post on the board where "PILOTS HAVE ASKED ME TO POST" and can't send PM and emails. I am trying to save a dog in MO and need someone's help understanding what the heck is going on!!!!!! FRUSTRATED AND BROKEN HEARTED!!!

Thanks Carol...It's just Cotton is running out of time. Now her post is all the way down the list so I feel pilots will only look at the new ones instead of older ones. It was worth a shot with you guys but feel I'll be making the 40 hr roundtrip drive to save her. Thanks for the feedback.
