The purpose of this forum is NOT to post or coordinate transports but to mentor those who would like to learn how to utilize the "Ride Board: Animals Needing Transport" features. Volunteer mentors will do their best to answer your questions and share their knowledge and experience.
My soon to be brother in law is a soldier in Afghanistan and has fallen in love with a puppy. He has tried on his end to get the puppy back to the states but they say it will take about $3500, which he cannot afford. I was hoping to find out if this is something that can be done with utilizing PNP. Please help, time is crucial, we have one week to figure something out otherwise the puppy gets handed over to a kill shelter. My future brother in law has lost hope for this little guy, he named him Mo, and I'm trying to restore it for him.
