URGENT!Blind puppy desperately needs transport near Oklahoma

4mn old blind puppy (Terrier) needs transportation from Checotah OK to Tulsa OK (leg #1) and from Tulsa to Perry OKlahoma. The puppy named Ray Charles is in route to an approved Blind Dog Rescue Alliance foster in Colorado Springs, CO. His journey was suppose to start tomorrow Dec. 29 but the two first legs have not been filled.
