How young is too young to fly?

I will be flying 5 one week old pups tomorrow. I will intentionally limit climb rates and will not allow the cabin pressure to exceed 3000 feet which will be approximately 2000 feet above ground level at most.

I don't know anything else I can do to prevent discomfort.
