If I limit myself to only a small (21x14x14) crate, I'm restricting myself from transporting larger breeds. Since a large crate will not fit in my RV4, any ideas about how to tether a dog? I think I can remove my rear seat, place a medium sized dog bed on the floor, and then put the dog in a harness. Has anyone tried this approach? Thanks.

Hi, You can purchase a harness that attaches to the rear seat belt at a Pet Supply store. I used to transport my 75lb. dog on the back seat that way.
