I've been using Signature at Fresno as a meeting point for north south trips, they have been great. They are very pet friendly, they have a water bowl always ready, Signature dog treats (just ask for a package), they wave all but a $5.00 fee (normal ramp fees add up to $31.50) and they gave a .25/ gallon discount when I got fuel on my last trip. They have a nice lounge with a fridge of sodas, water, grapes and usually fresh baked chocolate chip cookies as well as coffee. I normally call ahead to let them know I'm comming with a PNP flight, give them my tail number as well as that of anyone I'm meeting and they are prepared. My last trip the ops supervisor made it clear they really want PNP flights and hope to be part of another big event.

Just made a flight into KFAT, used Signature, and they were great. Very supportive. Didn't fuel up...I'd added fuel at O22 (Columbia) while waiting for wx conditions to improve. They knew all about PnP, and were very pleasant to work with.

Yesterday I used signature for PNP mission and waived my ground handling fees and also gave me fuel and discount rate. Front desk Landry was really nice and accommodating to us. I would like to thank her and signature FBO.
