We have a different pilot who said he could help with Nashville to Virginia leg on Friday. He will join this thread. Is Friday a possibility for both of you? Also, would the final destination of Avon, Maine be easier/possible? If not, Portland is still fine. The adoptive family lives in Avon, which is halfway between Portland and Bangor.

I should be able to get to Long Island. It now looks like I can't use my plane on Sunday, so we're probably hoping for Saturday, Dec 8.

Friday or Saturday works for me Brian, keep me informed. I think we should have a backup date in place, in the event of really bad weather, ie: icing conditions.

No where on this series of posts can I find where in VA this puppy is to be taken. I have asked, yet no response. A trip to Northern-most VA would be over 1000 mile round trip for me from Knoxville to Nashville to northern VA and back.....is WAY too far for me. Hence, I'm out. Sorry, but the communication is NOT TIMELY.
