Hi,

We are flying from Amarillo, TX to Denver Centennial on the 31st. The dog we are picking up is in Dallas. If your dog can fit in a medium crate for the transport, we can see if the relay pilot could pick up both dogs and bring them to us in Amarillo. Can you drive your dog to Dallas for him to pick it up along with the one we have already commited to?

Hi Shelley,

We just spoke on the phone. We will need the proper name, street address, & phone number of the sending AND receiving rescues for our paperwork. The drop off person will need to sign the Pilots-N-Paws form when the puppy is dropped off at Addison and the receiving person will have to sign the Pilots-N-Paws form when we drop off at Centennial. We will also need the cell#'s of the drop off person and the pick up person, so we can keep in contact with everyone involved with the transport.

The sending and receiving rescue is the same. Currently the pup is in boarding in Plano as I had him pulled through volunteers.
