Breeds, weight, age: 5yo sesame shiba inu, 25 lbs
Health Condition: good
Heart worm Status: neg
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: yes
Spay/Neutered: yes
Special needs: fearful of dogs in his face but will be crated in a wire crate for transport

Owner actually lives in O'Fallon, MO and not O'Fallon, IL which is why I changed the starting point of this transport.

Thanks Randy T. He said it was one of the most beautiful days he has ever flown for PNP at least with a shiba.
