Breeds, weight, age: Collie mix (50 lbs, male), 2 Hines 57 (15 lbs, female & 40 lb female), Terrier mix (7-10 lbs, male)
Health Condition: Good
Heart worm Status: unknown
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: Yes
Spay/Neutered: to be done by receiving rescue
Special needs:
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties: Taylor County Animal Shelter/ELLIOT
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: Faith, Hope, and Forever Rescue

Are you a 501c3: pending
Additional Info/situation: These dogs are coming from a kill shelter in KY. The other legs are filled.
The origination and destination are flexible.
Suggestions for origination airport are: KETB, KMSN, and KJVL.
Suggestions for destination airport is: KDEH, KPDC, KLSE, and KDBQ.
If needed, we do have someone who can temporarily foster these dogs in West Bend. The pilot, Jim, who you will be doing the handoff to is availabe every day next week except 12/3 and afternoon of 12/7.

The shelter is full and euthenizes for space. Thank you for helping these four doggies get to their new, wonderful life!

I can take the two smaller dogs if that will help, 15 lb Heinz and 10 lb terrier mix. I will call you to see how that would work out.

Tom, Bruce, Matt, and Jim, even with a mechanical snafu, you still got the dogs to their destination! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have touched all our lives. You are angels to us and the doggies.

A special thank you goes out to Sean, Dave, Ed, Ryan & Stephanie, Bruce B, Jim, and Mike for offering to assist with this transport. It was truely amazing. I am so happy that these sweeties have finally made it to their destination.
