Texas Panhandle Pilot and Plane Available

I am located in Plainview, TX (halfway between Amarillo and Lubbock). I fly a Bellanca Super Viking. IFR is no problem. I can fly on weekends in a 600nm
radius of Plainview. I can transport any size of dog (my baggage compartment is equipped with dog-friendly carpeting, safety harness for dog and safety net to close off the passenger cabin, since I routinely fly with my own 110 lbs dog). Base airport identifier is PVW.
