Pilot in Long Beach CA

VFR pilot working on my IFR looking to build flying time and moving dogs in need. My limits are about 200NM (vegas) as I rent and any farther is out of my budget. Rent smaller 2 seaters and faster 4 seaters out of long beach airport.
