Ex USMC Vietnam pilot, ret'd airline pilot, ATP certificate

I fly out of a pvt strip with a grass runway. I'll be happy to fly for you but any missions need to return me to 62GA prior to dark as we often have deer on the runway and I avoid night landings there. I have no problems launching early (sunrise) and will be happy to help if I can.

I wanted to take the time to personally welcome you & thank you for joining pilot & paws.
I can tell you that this will be a very fun & rewarding experiance.

I suggest you start by looking @ the bulletion board under animals needing transportation in your area.
Sometimes these rescues do not know the capabilities of pilots & airplanes so we tend to be proactive & help them out.
