Pilot and Plane in Central Oregon (KS39)

I just learned of Pilot N Paws through an article in AOPA Pilot. I am excited to help in any way I can. I am willing to fly anywhere in the West so please contact me if you need transport. It would be best if the route at least goes by my home in Oregon but long trips aren't a problem. My schedule is extremely flexible as I am self-employed. I own a single engine Beechcraft Musketeer with four seats. Or two seats with a good size baggage compartment. Depending on the length of the flight I can carry up to 400 lbs worth of our four-legged friends, if we can fit them all. Weight permitting, my girlfriend will act as copilot and flight attendant for our passengers. It would be most comfortable to keep the payload down around 200 lbs... especially on longer trips. For now I'd like to keep these trips VFR only. (good weather) Feel free to contact me anytime.

Ben,

Welcome to Pilots N Paws and Thank You for volunteering to fly transports.

One of the best ways to get to know how PNP works is to go the homepage and read the information found under "Suggested Guidelines for Pilots" and "Pilots N Paws Flyer." Next, look under "Pilots Volunteer Board, Animals Transport Board, Discussion Forum." Lastly, read the areas under "Board Index", (there are several headings there: General Discussions, Animals Needing Transport, Pilots Volunteering Services, etc).

If you have questions or suggestions, please contact the email address at pilotsnpaws@gmail.com.

Again, thank you for joining and volunteering to save the lives of many animals who deserve a second chance.
