Richard made it from Texas to California before he was adopted by a friend of a pilot. Transport failure--he didn't make it to Oregon. Rescue success--he was scheduled to be euth--hyper active and going kennel crazy in the shelter. He turns out to be a sweet obedient pup that likes long days in the office and a good romp in the swimming hole with his favorite tennis ball.
