I'm willing to send Cloud Nine's Aztec and Cessna 310 to New Orleans to bring dogs up to Caldwell, and could probably do some for DC as well. We'd be able to do the entire route in one day, no need for overnights for the dogs anywhere. The catch is we'd need to get some funding to be able to do it, we're also 501(c)3.

We have used Pilots N Paws in the past very successfully

We take dogs from St Tammany Parish Humane Society in Covington La outside New Orleans

We average 12 small dogs puppies and a few mediums every month they have been triyng to drive to NE Pa this would certainly help them .

All dogs are pulled from St Tammany animal control moved to the humane society vetted and quarantined for transport ... the animal control has a very high kill rate ...so the humane society stepped in to try to help

If we can be included in this fly it would be a great timesaver to them . The drive 24 hours up and 24 hours back has been grueling but they have done it for months to save the animals

I am a pilot in Kansas City, Missouri. Yesterday I spoke to woman who runs a rescue in Nevada, Missouri. She said she'd take 3 to 5 young Pit Bulls. So if you are a NOLA sender contact me and I'll come get them during the Flyway. (Smaller is better.)

Sam,

It is being worked on. As soon as something is set up you and the sending and receiving folks can set up the details.

I've posted on the ride board as well. I'm trying to get a dog going the reverse of the NOLA to FL route and was thinking maybe as the pilots were flying back they'd consider taking on a passenger.

Here is her ride request:

Thanks.
