Bichon Frise mix made completed his to Cameron Park, CA

Piot Cindy Smith flew to Chico, CA and picked this beautiful boy up once he had recovered from a broken leg which brought him into rescue. Cindy flew him and another Bichon rescue that Jeff brought up from Apple Valley, CA, to their foster parents they meet in Cameron Park, CA. I can't thank you enough!!!!!
