Additional Info/situation: I went to NC 2 weeks ago and visited my first kill shelter. I cried my way through it. I took 12 puppies and 2 older Chi dogs. I attached the picture of Lola, one of the puppies. They have been in foster homes for the past 2 weeks. They have all been vetted and are ready to start their journey for their new lives.
