Special needs: Bonded pair

Additional Info/situation: This pair is bonded and remain calm together, they are escape artists.

Are these dogs adopted already, or do they need a home? I MAY have an individual in St. Louis looking for at least one and I could fly to Columbia to pick up. Please advise.
