Health Condition: good
Heart worm Status: negative
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: unsure, but since going out of the country I would assume so.
Spay/Neutered: Yes
Special needs:
Name of Sending & Receiving Rescue/Parties: Nita Kolze (ID coordinator) & Aubrey Beretta or Jillyn Myers (OR Coordinator)

Additional Info/situation:
Tsavo has an adopter waiting for him in British Columbia. There is a big dog show in Portland this weekend and we have a ride up to BC if we can get Tsavo here by Sunday am at the latest.
