Number of animals being transported:4 adult and 4 four week old puppies
Breeds, weight, age: terrier mix 10 lbs 2 yrs; terrier mix 15 lbs 2 yrs; peke mix 10 lbs 2 yrs; doxie/JRT mix mama 2 yrs 15 lbs has 4 four week old puppies 2 lbs each--- total weight of dogs=<60 lbs
Health Condition:good
Heart worm Status:negative
Vaccinations:UTD
Health Certificate:yes
Spay/Neutered:yes- all but nursing mom & pups
Special needs:none
