Heart worm Status: ABD Neg, Terrier on HW preventive
Vaccinations: Both are UTD
Health Certificate: Will be completed prior to transport
Spay/Neutered: ABD is neutered, Terrier will be neutered by receiving group
Special needs: None

Additional Info/situation: We need a 1st leg pilot to get these two boys to Frederick, MD where they will meet leg 2.
The terrier will be sent with a 21-22 soft crate that will go all the way with him. The ABD could be crated or harness. He will have an harness on him as well as a collar. Terrier will also have a harness. Both will have their own leash.
