DONE: Japanese Chin puppy SD to CA

I have a female Japanese Chin puppy (dob: 7-4-08) currently in foster care in Sioux Falls, SD needing to get to Stevenson Ranch, CA (near Burbank/LA/etc.) Jersey is spay, current on shots, approx. 9# - will travel with crate, paperwork to her forever home. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

This is a very long trip. Perhaps "animalrescueflights" could help with the coordination. I am at KIDA, a little north of the great crcle route, but close to south pass, a low spot in the Rockies. I generally try and limit my legs to about a 300 mile range from KIDA.
