DONE Urgent Senior in need GA to NY

Can some one help this poor guy out I need to get this guy to Ontario, NY from Decatur, GA to Wendy who has been the only one to step up and safe this guy

Stranger is a neutered male wirehaired dachshund, between 9 and 12 years old, with minimal eyesight (probably born that way) and Cushings Disease. He is HW-, scared but sweet.
He has been provided with very short-term shelter, so time is of the essence.
He is at Dearborn Animal Hospital -715 E College AVE, Decatur GA 30030 [map:14519-30030]
