4month old special needs malamute Portland OR to St Regis MT

Captain Morgan is a 4 month old malamute who was apparently born without his right front leg. He has had some injury to his "good" left leg and is in need of medical care. A wonderful fellow rescuer has agreed to take him in to her pack of other disabled dogs and we need to get him from Portland Oregon (closer to Mulino airport than PDX) to St Regis Montana. The sooner the better so this great little guy (45#'s) can begin his treatment and recovery.
